Requisitions

The Requisition application provides a "paperless" method for employees to enter their own requests for materials and services. Requisitions are routed to appropriate levels of management for review, to the buyer for pricing and, if approved, to purchasing.

The system tracks the requisitions throughout the approval and routing process. The status of a requisition can be viewed at any time, including all persons previously reviewing the requisition, the date and action taken, the queue in which the requisition resides currently and the amount of time in circulation.
